About Me
Welcome to Flourish Wellness and Health, my name is Cynthia Keener. I am a mother of three, a wife and a friend to many. I love nature, gardening, cooking and learning. These just name a few of the things that make me who I am. I am a passionate person lover of life. Being an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach aligns with who I am as a person. Serving others is an important part of humanity, helping others create a sense of well-being in a fast paced world is my thing! The human condition is very different for many as we all come from different walks. The one thing we all have in common is we want to feel healthy, be heard & cared for. My multidimensional approach to health coaching will address your specific needs and unique challenges to help you achieve your health & wellness goals. My expertise on bio-individuality ensures that I can create a personalized wellness plan that is tailored to your needs.

What does reboot mean. Well literally, to start again after closing or shutting down. What happens w/ our Reboot, Restore & Revitalize program is we detox your body gently with small sustainable shifts. We help you restore and return to you what is yours, your best health at any age. We revitalize your body with the three R's, reboot, restore and revitalization. This is an epic journey in learning how to rewind the clock. A holistic approach with methods that conventional modalities of healing often times neglect.

Finding Peace &
Quiet
This program is simple and affordable as you learn guided meditations and daily rituals weekly that promote peace. I will show you how to access a rebalancing of your central nervous system you can do anywhere, well almost. This is a four week program where you will learn tools that will carry you through life. There will be weekly meet ups for support, not mandatory though.

Bio-individual Nutrition
What is bio-individual nutrition? It is based on you. Your individual needs and not the dogma of diets and fads that are out there are not a one size fits all. We take a personalized approach that is literally based on your DNA. We build on what you need and what you like.

Here is where we really begin, together on your journey. From here you will fill out a Health History form and we will go over it together. There is never any obligation for a free consultation. By now you may have good feel on who I am & what I do. Trust is the cornerstone of all relationships, even the one you have with yourself. A holistic approach is taking a look at whole selves introspectively and figuring what it is we need intuitively. I treat the whole person, mind, body & spirit. I am your person, and I come with a wealth of knowledge that conventional methods often times do not use. There are many modalities to healing.
